β Yes. Submitting the Vendor Application Form (VAF) is mandatory during onboarding.

Submit a VAF. This is required for any change in your payout method.
β I use Trolley or Adyen β do I still need a VAF to update my bank details?

No. For these methods, you can update your bank details directly without submitting a VAF:
Trolley: Log in to the Trolley Recipient Portal and update your bank details at any time.
Adyen: Update your IBAN directly in Fleet Manager Tool β Settings β Payouts.
β Iβm adding a sub-account under the same payout setup. Do I need a VAF?

No. Use the VAF Substitute Form instead, as long as the payout method remains unchanged.
