Note: You will need your 9-digit Talixo Fleet Account Number, which you can get from your Talixo manager.

🚦When Do I Need to Submit a VAF?
❓ Do I need to submit a VAF when joining Talixo as a new fleet?
✅ Yes. Submitting the Vendor Application Form (VAF) is mandatory during onboarding.
❓ I want to change my payout method. What should I do?
✅ Submit a VAF. This is required for any change in your payout method.
❓ I just need to update my bank details. Is a VAF still needed?
✅ Yes. Updating bank account information also requires submitting a VAF.
❓ I’m adding a sub-account under the same payout setup. Do I need a VAF?
✅ No. Use the VAF Substitute Form instead, as long as the payout method remains unchanged.
