We’ve introduced a new and improved process to make sure your payouts are set up quickly, securely, and with fewer delays.
No VAF = No Payout
To receive your payout, every Talixo fleet account must complete one of the payout setup forms listed below. Without a valid form, payouts cannot be activated.
Talixo uses two simple forms to activate or link payout methods for your fleet accounts:
1. Vendor Application Form (VAF)
For new fleets setting up payout for the first time.
2. VAF-Substitute Form
For existing fleets that want to:
Add more accounts
Link new accounts to the same payout method
No emails needed!
Direct and simple forms
Automated notifications
No middlemen – you submit it yourself
Before starting, make sure you have the following:
Your 9-digit Talixo account number
Your business name (exact legal name)
Your email and address
VAT ID (if available)
If linking multiple accounts: 9-digit numbers for all sub-accounts

Situation Use this form I’m a new fleet and need to set up payout---------> VAF – Vendor Application Form I have multiple accounts and want to link them---> VAF-Substitute Form I’m a new fleet with multiple accounts-------------> Fill VAF first, wait for approval, then submit VAF-Substitute 👉 Check the form instructions carefully. If you make a mistake, your form will be rejected and you'll need to start over.
Talixo Finance will review your request in 5–7 working days (Berlin time).
You'll receive an email confirmation (with a unique reference number) after submitting your form.
Please keep this number safe — you’ll need it if you contact support.
Form Submission Date Payout Activation Between 1st–15th of the month --->On the 18th Between 16th–31st--------------> On the 3rd of the next month
You fill and submit the VAF or VAF-Substitute form.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your reference number and a PDF copy.
Talixo Finance reviews the request (5–7 working days).
You’ll be informed whether it’s:
✅ Approved – payout setup is complete
❌ Rejected – you must submit a new form
Contact your Talixo FKAM if you have questions while filling the form.
Always save your reference number and use it in any follow-up messages.
Talixo Finance only processes correctly submitted forms — we do not answer email requests for payout setups.
