🧾 Understanding Your Fleet Payout Schedule

🧾 Understanding Your Fleet Payout Schedule

At Talixo, we’re committed to providing you—our valued fleet partner—with clear and predictable payout timelines. This article explains how and when you’ll receive payments for your due invoices, and how to check the current status of any payout.

📅 How Fleet Payouts Work

As a standard process:

  • All due invoices are paid out within 5 working days from the invoice’s due date.

  • Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and German public holidays.

  • Your payout day = Invoice due date + 5 working days

🔍 Example:
If your invoice is due on 03 May 2025, your payout will be processed by 09 May 2025, excluding weekends or holidays.

💡 How to Count "5 Working Days"

To calculate your payout date:

  1. Take your invoice’s due date (typically the 3rd or 18th of each month).

  2. Add 5 business days, skipping:

    • Saturdays

    • Sundays

    • National holidays in Germany

🗓️ Example:
For an invoice due on 18 May, your payout will arrive by 27 May, since 18th (Sat), 19th (Sun), and 20th (Whit Monday) are non-working days.

🔗 How to Check Your Invoice Due Date

You can easily look up the due date of any of your invoices:

👉 Check your invoice due date on the dashboard
Enter your invoice number and refer to the 4th column ("Due Date") for payout planning.
