🧾 Understanding Your Fleet Payout Schedule

At Talixo, we’re committed to providing you—our valued fleet partner—with clear and predictable payout timelines. This article explains when you’ll receive payments for your due invoices, and how to check the current status of any payout.

📅 When will I get paid?

Here's how your payout date is calculated:

  1. We issue the invoices on your behalf:
    1. Your invoice includes an issue date and a payment term (e.g., 15 or 30 days based on our agreement). These two values determine your invoice due date.
  2. Your invoice becomes due:
    1. Due date = issue date + payment term (calendar days). This is the date payment is formally owed.
  3. We process your payout:
    1. Once your payout setup is complete, all due invoices are paid within 5 working days from the due date. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and German public holidays.
Info
Example: Invoice issued 03 Apr 2026 with a 30-day payment term → due 03 May 2026 → payout processed by 08 May 2026.
AlertInternational bank transfers via Convera: If your payout method is international bank transfer via Convera, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to arrive in your account due to intermediary banks and compliance reviews.
